'Locus: Interventions in Art Practice' is an international gathering of artists, curators and cultural workers who believe in art as a transformative force. The conference was divided into two sections, Locus 1 was held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines Main Gallery in August 2002; and Locus 2 was held at the Eugenio Lopez Center in Anitpolo in October 2002. The present publication is the proceedings of the discussion sessions in both Locus 1 and Locus 2. A directory of participants is provided.
