In this monograph, art scholar Eva Man writes on ten young women artists who belong to a new generation of visual artists active in the Hong Kong art scene in the 1990s.
It is written with the intention to bring forth the appreciation of local woman art through introduction of some active women visual artists; the artists are interviewed, and their artistic life and recent works are closely scrutinized and juxtaposed with the local socio-cultural context in Hong Kong.
