This exhibition presents the contemporary art collection of Daisuke Miyatsu - a Japanese art collector and "salaryman,: The remarkable enthusiasm and vision of Miyatsu towards art made it possible for him to collect over 300 contemporary works over a period of 17 years. For this exhibition, with Natasha Lo as curator, Miyatsu selected a collection of 61 works from 51 artists. Starting from the early works of Yayoi Kusama, the exhibition also displays many conceptual works that are unreachable for normal art collectors. In addition, the exhibition presents video works from different generations and genres, while transitioning into a focus on the new generation of Asian artists. —from Introduction
