This folder consists of the complete collection of fifteen sketchbooks by Jyotsna Bhatt, beginning from 1965 to the 2010s. With each sketchbook spanning two-to-three years, they contain preparatory sketches for her early sculptures and later ceramic works. The sketchbooks also become a site for progress notes, as notations on glazing and other ceramic techniques, plans for kilns, and teaching materials such as question papers, notes on her students, and teaching plans. Other items in this folder include loose sketches, plans for artworks, and recent digital edits of sketches that were originally made in the 1960s.
