Solo Exhibition of Le Tuan Anh (Exhibition Preparation)

View of Salon Natasha before the opening of Le Tuan Anh's solo exhibition. Artist Eric Leroux is seen sitting in the middle of the photograph speaking with the first visitor to the show; Vu Dan Tan's nephew Nguyen Manh Hung in the back was doing a last adjustment to the display.

The solo exhibition of Le Tuan Anh in 1997 was the second collaboration between the artist and Salon Natasha. The show featured recent works by Le, which were predominantly landscapes or paintings pertaining to Buddhist themes. The works are characterised by the use of natural pigments mixed with mother of pearl powder on crumpled traditional 'do' paper, a self-invented technique by the artist.
