An abstract painting by Tran Thieu Quang that belongs to his seascape series, where he attempted to depict the everyday life of fishermen.

The 1992 exhibition in the Salon was the first solo exhibition of Tran Thieu Quang. The artist was born in Hanoi in 1941. He graduated from the Hanoi College of Applied Arts and until his retirement worked at the Hanoi Cartoon Film Studio of Television. As an artist Tran Thieu Quang worked in different media, including ink, pastel, gouache, and woodblock prints.

From 1992, Salon Natasha began to organise exhibitions. The projects and collaborations were mostly initiated and curated by Natasha Kraevskaia. Its first three solo exhibitions in 1992 featured works by Ngo Dinh Chuong, Khuc Thanh Binh, and Tran Thieu Quang. They were all artist-friends of Vu Dan Tan.
