This is a guide to the titled exhibition which took place from October 1995 to February 1996 at MOCA at the Temporary Contemporary (Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles). The exhibition explores a period in which an increasing number of artists began to challenge the Western tradition of modernism by questioning the form, function, and meaning of a work of art.
