Catalogue of Aijiro Wakita's exhibition at Singapore Tyler Print Institute in 2004. Aijiro Wakita is known for his great swathes of chrome, architectural erections of metal and monumental steel origami. 'Among the most engaging work in this exhibition are sheets of paper which have been made from scratch. Embedded within the sheets are bits of metal, curved and rusting. The rust stains and eventually flakes off through the paper, creating a new and ever changing work in the process.' Artist biography is provided in the catalogue.
