Ces Orena-Drilon and her husband Rock Drilon held a closing "thanksgiving reception" on July 8, 2008 for the exhibition of their private art collection at Mag:net Gallery Katipunan, a gallery for emerging contemporary art.   The closing reception for the "Drilon and Walker Collections" was meant to be a sort of thanksgiving for Ces Orena-Drilon, who survived a recent kidnapping ordeal in Sulu.   The art on view was not for sale, and is viewed by Rock Drilon, who with Ralph Walker co-owns Mag:net Gallery, as part of the gallery's history.
