'Contemporary Art Curating In Taiwan 1992-2012 is a research and documentation of curatorial studies of contemporary art in Taiwan since the 90s. "Taiwan" is not merely a geographical location, but more about the people and the spirit they build up. The word "contemporary" is defined as a comrade of time, and in this common space where time is spent together, the practice of art conservation is indeed a mark of presence of the artists and audience.
The book includes four essays on the development, concerns and difficulties of curatorial practice in Taiwan; five interview documentaries of curators; and ten articles regarding curated exhibition in Taiwan and related topics over two decades, supported by 100 important exhibition chronologies.
