Catalogue of He Baili's solo exhibition at The University Museum and Art Gallery of The University of Hong Kong in 2006. He Baili's Idyllic Hong Kong In Ink features a collection of the artist's ink paintings of the Hong Kong shorelines since the 1960's. Yeung Chun-tong wrote in the foreword, 'Under He Baili's brushwork, the sails of the fishing boats are invisible; the water of Hong Kong is still; the coast is just a small piece of flat land; and the fishing harbour nestles into the hills. The image is that of the geographical environment of Hong Kong, which is little changed. Hong Kong's fishing boats, however, have become increasingly rare to be seen.' With interview by Jane Sze, artist biography and a list of the artist's seals.
