Established in 2013, The Salt Yard is an independent art space dedicated to photography based in Kwun Tong. Between 2013 and 2015, The Salt Yard has organised exhibitions with works from local and overseas photographers. After the closure of their exhibition venue in 2015, they have been developing an online bookstore specialising in less well-known photobooks published by independent photographers and publishers. —taken from The Salt Yard's website
