This is a monograph of the late Filipino artist Pacita Abad who was commissioned to transform the Alkaff Bridge in Singapore into an outdoor sculpture, which the artist later called the 'Painted Bridge'. The present publication provides photographs and writings by the artist which document the process of this public art project. Artist biography is included.
