Over 43 artists had participated in this exhibition, and their works are presented here, together with artist biographies and accompanying essays written on the theme of this exhibition. With forewords by Chen Shuibien (then Mayor of Taipei), Tsai Chengwen (President of The Memorial Foundation of the 2.28 Incident), and Lin Munlee (Director of Taipei Fine Arts Museum).
