Catalogue of Sudhir Patwardhan's touring exhibition presented by Sakshi Gallery in 2002. One of the works featured in the catalogue is 'Ulhasnagar', a monumental painting in four panels, with each panel measuring four square feet. Gieve Patel wrote, 'Each panel depicts sky, buildings, river and earth, reading from top to bottom. These form four bands moving in a continuum from left to right. It is one sweep of a landscape, but colour, tonality, mood, poetic esscence vary surprisingly in the four panels.' With artist biography.
