This monograph contains a huge collection of Ting Shao-kuang's stone gouache paintings on rice paper. Ting Shao Kuang, being one of the original members of the Yunnan School, lavishly applies the use of heavy colour technique, tempered with an awareness of modern western art, produce an effect quite unlike that of other Chinese painters.
