The Language of Fruits and Vegetables is a collaborative work between Leung Ping-kwan and Lee Ka-sing. It takes the form of an artist book, which consists of 'Green Salad', a poem by Leung (translated by Gordon T. Osing), and 252 photographs from Lee's dot hong kong series. 500 copies of this book were presented as part of an installation in the exhibition 'Hong Kong Foodscape' at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum in 2004.
