In 1980, Dominic Lam invented a painting process named "Chromoskedasic Painting" or "NanoArt". This process is based on the scattering of light as it reflects from chemically coated emulsion paper, such as black and white photographic paper. The silver atoms on the paper are realigned by light and by the chemical solutions to form particles of different sizes which scatter any incident light to produce different colours. This catalogue features a series of Chromoskedasic Painting exhibited at the Shanghai Duolun Museum of Modern Art in 2005. With artist biography.
