作品〈公務員（一個縣級市的公務員肖像）〉藝術家自述：
「我在2009年5-9月間在我家鄉（這是一個閩南語地區）潛進各個黨政機關為公務員畫像。這是個艱難的過程，既考驗你的速寫功夫又考驗你的交際能力。我在這畫像的過程中，獲知和抄錄了不少「國家機密」，比如各級別的公務員私人通訊通訊和全市最重要的官員的私人手機號碼和車牌號，為此我很滿足。我把這些展現了出來。」
