An exhibition review of Chinese lacquer ware, all of which were from Sung to Chien Lung period in the Ching Dynasty. N.C. remarked that although most pieces there were charming, they did not represent the finest product of the lacquer-worker's craft. N.C. also mentioned the Art Department's graduation exhibition held in the same place, commenting that the standard of the works there were 'rather poor' for fourth year graduates.
