Publication produced on the occasion of the Asia-Pacific Festival Conference of Women in the Arts held in Manila in 2003. The festival's main focus is on performing arts, with the visual art exhibition Who Owns Women's Bodies (WOWB) (catalogue also available at the Archive) as part of the festival. WOWB is a traveling exhibition of more than 30 artworks by artists from the Philippines. It reaches out to the public to spark discussion and debate on sexuality and reproductive rights.
