This is the catalogue for a group exhibition of 14 Taiwanese artists held at Gate Gallery in 1994. The title Post Martial Law: Conceptual Mobilisation only represents their temporal and historical background, and they do not necessarily have any common formal tendency nor concepts. The organiser Mei Dean-E, as he confesses in his text, made his choices based on intuition. Aside from the essay by Mei, short statements and a brief biography by each artist are included in this catalogue. Texts are all written in Chinese. With a preface by Mei Dean-E.
