This catalogue was published in conjunction with the third annual 'Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions' in 2011. The festival consisted of exhibitions, film screenings, live performances, and lectures/talks. 'The starting point for planning the 3rd festival was an idea: that a true visual image may be like a dream that people are able to see even while they are awake', says Keiko Okamura, director of Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions. The catalogue includes curatorial notes, plates of works, artists' biographies, and some artists' statements. The list of exhibited works as well as screening programs are also included.
