Free Parking: Art Libraries from Elsewhere is a programme including a series of exhibitions located in the Asia Art Archive library that features 'art libraries from elsewhere' in conversation with the AAA collection in Hong Kong. 

As part of their AAA residency (26 Oct–2 Nov) Slavs and Tatars exhibit their own reference books alongside art and ephemera from 2–28 Nov 2015.

On view are artist books, publications, and select material from their personal library that represent the core of how the collective began and are essential to informing the artists' ongoing research and experimental artwork. Inserting poetic forms of political resistance into conventional narratives, Slavs and Tatars provoke and lodge doubt into fixed histories, releasing the potential for alternatives.

Slavs and Tatars is a faction of polemics and intimacies devoted to an area east of the former Berlin Wall and west of the Great Wall of China known as Eurasia. The collective's work spans several media, disciplines, and a broad spectrum of cultural registers (high and low). The collective's practice consists primarily of three activities: exhibitions, publications, and lecture-performances.
