This book was published in conjunction with the 2nd DEOA Art Criticism Award organised by Dimension Endowment of Art in 1997. Included here are keynote essays, discussions accompanying editing of this publication and process of examination for the Award and the awarded essays and biographies of the winners, together with a total of 52 pages of the index of the art criticism published in Taiwan from 1 January 1990 to 31 December 1996.
