This is the catalogue for the exhibition of five Chinese artists from around the world - residing in Canada, France and China. The curatorial intent is to examine how these artists express themselves in the cross-cultural transition in the light of globalisation. In today's global village, it is no longer possible to define a nation or a culture by such concepts as the East and West. Chinese Diaspora has been spread around the world, transition between different cultures has become the everyday experience of the "Chinese".
