'Imaging Hong Kong' features works by forty-one Hong Kong-based artists and one photographer group, all of whom use photographic images to express their views on the city. Based on the styles and subjects, the exhibits are divided into four sections: 'Visible City', 'Power to the People', 'Freedom to Mix, Dare to be New' and 'Liberty of Imagination'. The accompanying essay by Edwin Lai and Blues Wong traces the historical development of photography in Hong Kong. Artists biographies are also provided.
