Moderators Carol Yinghua Lu (Beijing-based critic and curator), Professor David Clarke (Department of Fine Arts, the University of Hong Kong) and Liu Heung Shing (Beijing-based photojournalist) were invited to take 36 Calendars as a point of departure, and introduce their projects in relation to the roles between archive and history.
