This work is part of Liu Xinhua's performative series Political Slogans. For this particular work, Liu bought two sheets of stamps, painted them with yellow pigment, went to the post office and asked the staff to print postmarks on the work for the reason of making conceptual art. Liu's request was declined at first because it would be a illegal practice, but he managed to acquire postmarks for the work from the post office with the help of a friend the next day.
