The work is a multi-media installation produced reflecting the theme of the 1997 Hong Kong handover. It incorporates a television that shows the handover ceremony on 30 June 1997.
The work was later made into a larger installation titled Frog Carnival 1997, presented in the exhibition 'Reunion and Vision' in Hong Kong Museum of Art, 1997.
