Vu Dan Tan and Natasha Kraevskaia with artist Do Phan in Tan’s studio on 19 December 1984.
Do Phan, a graduate from Vietnam Fine Arts University, in the 1990s became well-known for his innovative and highly aesthetic silk paintings. A decade later he gave up his artistic career to become a writer.
