Opposite Space (Exhibition View)

A video installation with surveillance cameras set up in two identical rooms built in a mirrored setting within the exhibition venue. Surveillance images are displayed in real time on the TV screen of the other room, with no recording of images. Once a visitor enters a room, the lights will be triggered on and the door will be locked for 1 minute (if no other visitor opens the door from outside); as a result, visitors in each room are captured as the object of surveillance in addition to being the voyeur of each other.
