Cultural Vision (Trial Issue)

Published by Zuni Icosahedron E+E, Cultural Vision attempts to provide an in-depth cultural policy analysis in Hong Kong. This trial issue brings together multiple articles and interviews that focus on the development of literature in Hong Kong.

'香港文化政策最大的弱點就是缺乏長期的文化數據收集分析與及研究，香港政府內部也沒有設定長期文化政策研究團隊和人才，只有短期性的外國顧問研究與委員會式的外行人討論，但沒有長期和具深度的分折和發展策略。香港文化發展的生態和國際城市比較是非常落後的，我們常常停留在討論什麼是藝術的無知層次，而不是如何全面發展藝術的實際層次。新創刊的《文化視野》期刊從香港本土文化發展的角度出發，則以全面和多層次的角度，剖析及評論香港本土不同形式的文藝發展狀況，並以文化政策和體制角度，論述未來發展的可能。《文化視野》由胡恩威主編，進念．二十面體出版。
