'In Chen Ming-huei's works and artistic discussion of the past five years, we can see the boundary between life and art, as well as the fence between art and the environment, which is the artist's desire to end and transcend. He wants to open up and penetrate the limited nature of three-dimensional works and the closed nature of installation art.' - Hung Kenshen. The present exhibition catalogue comes with an artist biography, a transciption of a panel discussion on Chen Minghuei's works and essays on his art. With prefaces by Chen Shiehni, acting director of the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, and Hung Kenshen, Professor in the Department of Fine Arts at the National Kaohsiung Normal University.
