Nine Filipino-American artists participated in contemporary group art exhibitions in 3 locations in the Philippines: Mag:net Gallery Katipunan; the Wall in Mag:net Cafe High Street; and Green Papaya Art Projects.   The objective of these exhibitions was to initiate a continuing art exchange program between the Filipino-American artists and local artists, as there once was an exchange along the old galleon-trade routes of Mexico-California-Manila.  Los Angeles-based curator Jenifer Wofford was the main organizer of the exhibition.
