The result of a collaboration between artist Alice Tsang and dancer Hoi Ling, this zine combines the methods from Hoi Ling's dance class and translates them into visual elements, extending to all the invitation to observe, open up, connect, ground, and explore the seemingly ordinary things in daily life.
Homebound simultaneously takes the form of a personal workbook and an agent/enzyme, conveying the ways through which the world is experienced through dance. Investigating the potentialities of the body, it is an interwoven dialogue between books, movement, self-practice, and the awareness off the interconnectness of all things.
