The exhibition catalogue has showcased works of 60 Hong Kong artists in the period of 1970-1980 selected from the collection of contemporary art in Hong Kong Museum of Art. From this exhibition, one can see a wide range of media deployed by the artists whom can be divided into three groups. They are representatives of those whose artistic standing has been established before 1960, those mostly have matured in the first half of the 1960s, and those have begun their career in the late 1960s and early 70s.
