This is the catalogue for the exhibition ‘Hong Kong Heritage: Paintings from Two Masters’ held at Art Beatus Gallery (Hong Kong) in 1999. The artists presented here, Ng Po-wan and Kwong Yeu-ting, are both senior masters of the Hong Kong art scene and are known for their dedication to art as well as their devotion to art education. The works featured in this catalogue are mainly oil paintings of Ng executed in the 1940s and 1950s, and watercolours and oil paintings by Kwong executed in the 1990s. A study of the art of the two masters and their chronologies are included in this publication.
