This book was published in September 2008 following the 'Landscape' exhibition at One and J. Gallery, Seoul, earlier in the year. The book has no title. It shows images of Kim Su Young's paintings on exhibit, her photographs, and colorplates of her works. The following quote was excerpted from promotional material for the 'Landcape' exhibition: "Kim Suyoung (b.1971) currently lives and works in Seoul, Korea. She is a graduate of the Seoul National University Fine Art Program (Painting) and received her Masters from the Kunstakademie Dusseldorf studying under Professor Siegfried Anzinger and Professor Daniel Buren. She also completed study at the Hochschule fur Bildende Kunste Braunschweig studying under Professor Nobert Tadeutz. The subject of her paintings are apartments and high rise buildings, their repetitive reflections and colors create unique compositions more akin to conceptualization than what is concrete. While her works depict buildings the results, with their unique composition, colors and mirroring effect, are more of an abstraction of geometrical lines and planes with conceptual signs. This creates a compelling interplay between the concrete and the abstract."
