The present publication is a limited and numbered edition of 500 copies published on the occasion of the 'Louis Vuitton: A Passion for Creation' exhibition, held at the Hong Kong Museum of Art from 22 May to 9 August 2009. It records Louis Vuitton's collaborations with different artists, architects and designers, and includes essays which examine and position Louis Vuitton's patronage. The book cover is designed by Takashi Murakami.
