The first monograph of the Japanese art unit Paramodel, formed in 2001 by Yasuhiko Hayashi and Yusuke Nakano. Using everyday objects and toy parts like railroad models and water pipes, the art unit has created large-scale installations to represent their unique view of the world. This publication includes detailed documentation of work created by the art unit during the period from 2001-2010, ranging from animation, drawing, painting, object, photography and installation.
