This booklet accompanies the fourth edition of Singapore Biennale, organised by the Singapore Art Museum, from October 2013 to February 2014, under the theme of 'If the World Change'.

Against this backdrop of past and continuous change, artists have been reflecting, mediating, envisioning, and making propositions.
