The present publication is the proceedings of the above captioned seminar which is part of The 1st Fukuoka Asian Art Triennale. The seminar is in 3 sessions with reports by curators and artists. Transcripts of the Q&A sessions are also provided.
'Our seminar, structured in three parts, will make a prospect through dialog between international curators who have given their cooperation to "The 1st Fukuoka Asian Art Triennale 1999", and international artists who participate in this event.
