This catalogue is produced in occasion of the exhibition 'The Legacy of Absence: A Cambodian Story' held by the Reyum Institute of Arts and Culture, Phnom Pehn, from January-February 2000. Several works from this exhibition are included in a larger international exhibition organized by 'The Legacy Project', a United States based foundation which compiles artworks from a wide range of countries that have suffered traumatic events during the 20th Century, held in Berlin in 2001.
