This is a video recording of a talk by Taiwanese artist and activist Tang Huang-Chen at Asia Art Archive on 14 April 2011, co-presented by Woofer Ten. She discusses issues related to setting up an art creators trade union, from social movement models, identity issues, and ideological definitions of art creators; and shares challenges she encountered in establishing such a union, as well as the social and cultural impact she believes it can generate.
