This catalogue accompanies Xoogang Choi's solo exhibition at Doosan Gallery, Seoul from July to August 2010. Islets of Aspergers is a new series of resin sculptures that deal with the theme of social isolation. They feature deformed figures with exaggerated body parts and small areas that are realistically rendered, suggesting certain hidden desires have been suddenly unveiled.
