Looking Forward from Venice: The Prospects of Contemporary Chinese Art. Took place on the 14th June 2003 in Venice, Italy. Participants included: Lu Jie, Wang Shunkit, Zheng Shengtian, Chang Tsongzung, Fei Dawei, Ung Vaimeng, Manray Hsu, Huang Tsailang, Lin Shumin, Yang Shinyi, Chris Mao, Lau Kinwah, Tsang Takping, Leung Chinfung and Hou Hanru.
Long March: A Walking Visual Display On-Site Criticism Meeting. Took place on the 10th April 2003 at Sanlian Bookstore Cafe in Beijing, China. Participants included Hang Jian, Han Yuhai, Huang Ping, Kuang Xinnian, Li Xuejun, Lu Jie, Meng Hui, Qi Jianping, Philip Tinari, Wang Hui, Wang Jianwei, Wang Mingxian, Zhang Guangtian and Zhu Jinshi.
