Red and Yellow (Exhibition Opening)

Cyril Lapointe (director of the Red River Gallery) and Natasha Kraevskaia at the opening of 'Red and Yellow', a group exhibition at Salon Natasha, 1994. Lapointe and Kraevskaia, together with many of the guests, dressed in red and yellow on the occasion as a response to the theme of the exhibition.

'Red and Yellow' was the first group exhibition in Salon Natasha. The show was considered experimental, regarding its thematic approach and its motive to ponder over the symbolisms of colours; through colours, the artists addressed in their works issues of religion (Buddhism), sexuality, and politics.

Participating artists of the exhibition include: Do Phan, Eric Leroux, Vu Dan Tan, Truong Tan, Mai Chi Thanh, Le Hong Thai, Mo Thanh, Bui Viet Dung, Tran Thieu Quang, Nguyen Dinh Dung, Ngi Dinh Chuong, Bui Xuan Phai, Nguyen Tu Nghiem, Natasha Kraevskaia, and Vu Thi Nhusha.
