This is a video recording of two public performances by Chinese artist Huang Rui in Hong Kong on 26 May 2011. The first performance I-Ching Project began at the Star Ferry Pier in Central, continued throughout the ferry journey across the harbour to Tsim Sha Tsui and ended at the ART HK 11 fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai. The second performance Let's Do I-Ching Together took place at the entrance of ART HK 11.
Huang Rui was a founding member of the Stars, the 1979 avant-garde art group that included artists Wang Keping, Ai Weiwei and Ma Desheng. The group was the first publicly active art collective to protest government censorship after the Cultural Revolution.
