Vadehra Gallery's reading room in Defence Colony has opened its doors to the public. It is a small room with books on art, a table, a computer, and a coffee machine, meant as an informal space for art-lovers, artists, students and collectors. The emphasis of the library will be post-World War II Indian art, African art, and Asian art as well as general art history. A list of other local venues where one can access books on art is given.
